| PART 1: 10.00 - 13.00 (instruction, demo, play; all ages) Instruction, drill, and a pre-game with players from Hønefoss Discsport Klubb, HiT Ultimate, Pancake Circle Ltd. and local teenagers. (OSI Ultimate arrived at 13.30)  10.00 - 11.00: Throw-catch instruction (basic tips, show grips, explain techniques) 11.10 - 11.30: Drill (#1): run forward 10m, cut to one side, receive pass, return to line; thrower is next runner, etc. 11.45 - 13.00: Pre-game w/mixed teams (new & experienced players on teams). Real-time instruction by experienced players on positions, cutting, guarding, marking, offense flow and resetting the disc. 13.00 - 14.00: Recreation, lunch PART 2: 14.00 - 18.00 (adult level for all skill levels): Ultimate tournament 14.00 - 15.50: Three teams playing round robin: OSI, HiT and Hønefoss. Placement: 1st: Hønefoss (players: 5 Hønefoss, 2 Pancake, 1 OSI) 2nd: HiT Ultimate 3rd: OSI Ultimate Game scores: OSI - HiT: 7 - 9 OSI - Høn: 4 - 9 HiT - Høn: 5 - 8 16.10 - 18.00: Made new teams (each team consisting of players from all clubs) and played one more round of round robin! |
